From $350k to $1.5m in just over one year

“When I started my own building business I was working on the tools. I wanted to build a large business but knew I couldn’t do so without employing people. I needed to learn how to recruit staff, how to market to great customers and how to price and sell effectively, I really needed to master the basics of business.

Now just 13 months later the business has grown to one and a half million and I am off the tools (well - most of the time). My team has grown to 9 and includes a project manager an office manager and a contract QS. I am focused on selling and growing the business to the next level.

Recently I took my family on holiday for 10 days - and the business continued to run without me - smoothly!”
