Revenue has increased 1197%
When we first started with The Builder Business Coach we had a team of 3. I was only 22yrs young and knew little about business. Graeme has taught me in-depth knowledge of sales, marketing, recruitment, finances, and operational systems. In 2009 our annual revenue was $167k. Three years later our revenue has increased 1197%, to over $2m*. We now have a team of 15 and are still growing. All this during the recession where many builders are sitting around at home waiting for the phone to ring. Success didn't happen overnight, but The Builder Business Coach had the knowledge and experience to turn our company around.

No time for family and friends
Initially we were going nowhere with our business. We had no time for family and friends and decided that we needed to make a change. We first calculated our break even point so we knew what it was going to cost us to achieve our goals. This allowed us to move into marketing and determine what sort of sales and revenues we needed to achieve those goals. The marketing plan has been put in place giving us more control of our advertising budget and we are discovering more effective ways of marketing. It hasn’t been plain sailing by any means. We have done a lot of hard work and we still have a lot of hard work in front of us, But I believe that we will achieve our goals.

Fresh approach to sales
Recently we were preparing and presenting many bids, but not converting many of these into sales. The Successful Builder helped us learn a fresh approach to our sales process and we are now placing greater emphasis on identifying more clearly the needs of our clients and being with them when they make their final buying decision. Our conversion rate was 1 in 8, but I expect it to rise to 1 in 4...doubling my income.
