Starting to understand what it’s like to have a business working for me

“I had a good business running a team of four and working part-time on the tools myself. Although I was busy I knew that I was not at my full potential and that to reach it I needed to invest in learning more about working with staff and leading teams. I also wanted to improve the business systems. So I started working with the Successful Builder Coaching program.

It's taken time and effort but in 9 months I have grown in my understanding and built the team up to 8 builders (and growing) and a part-time administrator. Also I am about to install a project manager*.

As a result I am now starting to understand what it feels like to have a business that will work for me while I take time away to spend with the family.”
